How do I invite my friends to join Bigidome?

Love the great deals at Bigidome? Why not invite your friends and family? After logging on to our website, just click on the message "Invite Friends, Get $10". You can also click on the links within the message sent to you by Bigidome after signup. Just insert the e-mail address of the person you wish to invite and post your Personal Invite Link or connect with Facebook and select friends. We will then send an invite to them to join. As soon as they place their first order, we will credit $10 to your account. Please do not randomly send invitations and choose your referrals carefully.

How do I know if my friends have placed orders or joined Bigidome?

How do I know that my friend or referral has made a purchase?

Why do you call me to confirm my order?

In order to serve you best and avoid any inconsistency in your order, we are contacting you to check on the requested product and quantity as well as the correct delivery address and payment method. In short, it helps us deliver orders to your doorstep faster and more reliably.

Can I combine different orders I made on your website?

If several orders have been placed on the same day and using the 'Cash On Delivery' payment method, orders can be combined for delivery. Condition being that the total amount is less than $1,000 and that we have not yet stated processing the items.

Which currency will you charge my credit card with?

We will charge your credit card in US$.  It will show ‘Bigidome ANTWERPEN BE’ on your credit card statement. The conversion between your local currency and US$ is made at the moment of purchase.

Since all our items are already sold at fantastically low prices, we cannot offer additional discounts even for larger quantities.

How long does each sales campaign last?

All our exclusive campaigns are limited to 3 to 5 days. In some cases such as for stock campaigns or flash sales, campaign durations may vary. Keep track of the campaign duration by checking the countdown timer next to each campaign on our website.

Can I see the items somewhere? Do you have showrooms?

As an online shopping community we don’t have showrooms as we request the items from the supplier after your purchase. You can be assured that our website will give you extensive item descriptions. Delivery Process

How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?

Your order should be delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 3 working days. To avoid any controllable delays, please make sure to put complete address details and contact numbers when placing your order so we can deliver without a hitch.

Why do you not deliver immediately after I place an order?

We are ordering from the supplier or band owner directly after the end of a campaign. Therefore we do not store large quantities of items in our warehouse. You benefit from this by enjoying even higher discounts. Once we receive the items in our warehouse, we will do a quality check and then pack the items for prompt delivery.

How are my orders delivered?

We have a pool of own drivers and are cooperating with trusted shipping companies, who will be pleased to deliver your order to your doorstep or any alternative delivery address in your country.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order has its own shipping address. Simply fill in your preferred shipping address details when placing the order.

Can you wrap orders as a gift, and include a gift card?

This is a great idea indeed and we are planning to introduce this in the future. Stay tuned and check our website frequently for updates. In the meantime simply enjoy our distinct Bigidome packaging which is almost as good as a personal gift wrapping!

Are all delivery charges, taxes, customs clearance and import duties included in the item price?

Peace of mind is assured! All prices stated at the end of our order process are final, and include all customs and other fees.

I will be out of country on the planned delivery date. Can you hold my order?

We can hold your order at our warehouse for up to two weeks. Please inform us as soon as possible so we can schedule a later delivery date at your convenience. Alternatively you can designate any other person to accept the delivery on your behalf. Make sure to give us all necessary details to ensure a smooth process.

Can I track my delivery status online?

We are sure that you cannot wait to receive your order. To check for the current order and delivery status, simply

Where do you ship your items from?

We usually ship orders from UAE as it is a central location and perfectly connected to all our markets. Once your order has arrived in your country, we will dispatch it accordingly.

Can I unpack and try the items on before I pay for the order?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. However we give you the privilege of returning your items during 3 days from the date of reception. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my orders on Bigidome?

Has your favourite colour changed? A change in mind is something that happens to all of us. Bigidomeis very flexible when it comes to cancelling orders you have recently placed. Simply get in touch with us through any of our communication channels.

Please note that if your order has been processed in our warehouse, cancellation might not be possible anymore. You should therefore inform us instantly in case you have changed your mind.

How do you refund me if I cancel an order?

In case of order cancellation, we will typically refund you through store credit. Upon request, we can also do refunds as per the mode of payment chosen during purchase

  • In case of credit card payment we can organise a refund to your credit card statement upon request. This process takes 10 to 14 working days from order cancellation. Note that we can only refund the amount of complete orders to your credit card statement.
  • In case of cash on delivery payment, we will always refund you through store credit. You will see the amount in your Bigidome account online and can use it for any future order.

How long does it take you to refund me?

In case of credit card payment, the process takes 10 to 14 working days from order cancellation, or receiving the items in a good condition in case of returns. The refund timelines are defined by your credit card and bank, and Bigidome has no control over it. We will make sure to initiate the refund with your credit card supplier from our end within shortest timelines. Note that we can only refund the amount of entire orders to your credit card statement.

In case of cash on delivery payment, store credit is typically added to your account within 2 business days from cancellation,or receiving the items in a good condition in case of returns.

Do all items have a guarantee?

Please check the specific item description to see if you will enjoy a guarantee. Note that as per the individual description, you may enjoy a guarantee in specific places or countries only.

If an item under guarantee is defective, what do I need to do?

In the unfortunate event of an eligible item being defective within the guarantee period, simply take your guarantee card and the item to a local brand supplier who will be happy to assist you according to the guarantee policy.
